Hello there! Hope you all are having a good time out there and in all spirits for Christmas and New Year. I am sure you all have prepared everything, from gifts to parties. But there’s one thing we all take a little lightly at times and that is our outfit. So, today's post is about Christmas outfits.
When it comes to blog posts, I am highly inclined towards my audience and readers and that is why I am again taking my DMs to my blogs. A lot of you wanted some Christmas outfit ideas but there was one who wanted to see what I’ll be wearing this Christmas week. She didn’t want any fancy shoot and outfits but wanted to see how do I incorporate it into my life. Fair enough!
Today I am bringing you two looks from my Christmas week. These two looks were not at all curated for the blog instead it’s a documentation of #WIW. My outfits are revolving around the main colors of the festival. Honestly, instead of decking up in glitters and sparkles, I love to work around colors and what’s better than Christmas? Got 3 colors to work upon (Dayummm).
In the first look, I have paired my white sweater with not so basic jeans (can you see the blue embroidered flower patch?). Whenever we think about Christmas, the one thing that comes to our mind is Santa and so the colors red and white. What would be better than a red sling to add the christmasy vibe?
A pair of nude heels and I was all done. For hair, I curled them a little from the front and tied a low side bun. Completed the look with dark shade lipstick to make it look a little bit dressy. All in all, it was quite comfortable and suitable for the Christmas week.
The second look is from my day out with friends. For this, I chose an emerald green sweater to be the main element of my look and created the whole look around it and that is why opted for a black outwear and flared jeans. There’s nothing to not love about a well fitted black coat. It instantly helps to make you look dressed up and is perfect for a festivity like Christmas party. I usually used to pair this coat with slim fit jeans but this time I wanted to wear it a little bit differently and boy oh boy, it looks great with flared jeans. Bonus points to my coat for the perfect fit that helped me to accentuate my waist. For accessories, I wore a bohemian neckpiece and took an embroidered bucket bag. It is how I like my accessories to compliment my look but you can go for hoop earrings and a simple neck chain as well. Finally, completed the look with black combat boots. For hair, I went with sleek straightened up hair with a middle parting and dark brown lip shade which is my all-time favorite. It makes my look put all together.
So, this is how I dressed up for the Christmas week. I hope you like it. Also, if you want to see something specific you can always drop a DM to me at my Instagram handle or contact me via this link. I would love to work on it!
